The Role: Make the Details Count

You’ll be the technical backbone behind large, complex projects. From schematic design to shovels in the ground, you’ll translate big ideas into bulletproof construction documentation.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality technical drawings, specs, and construction docs

• Ensure all plans align with BC Building Code, city bylaws, and project timelines

• Translate design intent into buildable reality, without sacrificing vision

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to troubleshoot and refine

• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings during construction admin

• Recommend materials, systems, and tech that elevate results

• Mentor junior team members and share your hard-earned know-how

What You Bring:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology (or similar)

• 5–10 years’ experience on large-scale projects

• Expert in Revit (AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools = bonus)

• Proven strength in documentation, detailing, and code compliance

• Clear communicator, collaborative by nature, sharp problem-solver
