Design Development – Create original, thoughtful design concepts and visually compelling presentation materials
Documentation & Permits – Prepare working drawings and coordinate rezoning, DP, and BP submissions
Coordination – Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors through all phases of a project
Construction Support – Maintain design integrity through CD and CA phases, with site visits and contractor check-ins
Feasibility & Planning – Assist with early-stage project planning and design strategy
AIBC registration or eligibility
4–7 years of experience in an architectural studio
Strong design and visualization skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Experience with working drawings, permit submissions, and wood-frame/mid-rise multifamily
Familiarity with BCBC and local bylaws
Organized, proactive, and ready to own your role
