Commercial Roofing Service Manager

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and organized Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow our service division. This person will be responsible for overseeing service crews, managing client relationships, estimating and selling service work, and ensuring that all service projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ideally having built and handled a $2-4M+ Commercial Roofing operation.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support commercial roofing service crews in the field
Schedule, dispatch, and manage daily service calls and emergency leak repairs
Conduct inspections, prepare accurate estimates, and generate service proposals
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Track and manage service department KPIs (costs, margins, response time, etc.)
Collaborate with sales and project management teams on service-to-project transitions
Train and mentor technicians and service coordinators
Monitor inventory and order materials as needed for service jobs
Provide after-hours support for emergency service calls on a rotating basis
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
In-depth knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.)
Strong understanding of roofing repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple service jobs and teams at once
Proficiency with job tracking software and Microsoft Office 
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
