Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a must.
About the Role:
As part of the HR team, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a standout candidate experience. You'll play a key role in building teams that drive projects across Ontario and the US.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute recruitment strategies
✅ Source candidates through job boards, social media & networking
✅ Build talent pipelines for current and future needs
✅ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
✅ Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications & support onboarding
✅ Track and analyze recruitment data to improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition
✔ Industry experience in construction or manufacturing is a must
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔ Comfort with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools
✔ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
