Reporting to the site Superintendent - I&E, the Instrumentation Lead oversees & leads the Instrumentation Team of 8 Techs & Journeypeople: assigning shop & field preventative & corrective maintenance to be executing in a safe & timely manner. Managing and ensuring team's on-site instrumentation maintenance execution, scheduling & coordination, staff & self development, EHS.... 

Good Instrumentation Lead candidates will likely have much of the following:

• 4 - 8+ years progressive I&C, I&E skills & experience - an asset with some in a large manufacturing facility
• Instrumentation Technologist or Journeyperson
• Some good mentoring skills & experience - some supervisory would be an asset but not required nor essential

• Canadian status required (i.e.citizens, PRs, work visas)
