Summary
To lead all aspects of commercial roofing sales (defined as new construction commercial and multifamily) and contracts for the top general contractors in the region. It is important that salesperson in this role develop high level, customer-focused relationships where the main function is to develop and execute sales plans designed to achieve growth. 
  • Aggressively grow market share in the assigned region.
  • Identify, call on and sell to new and existing accounts.
  • Communicates and delivers detailed technical proposals to customers.
  • Support technical conversations with customers.
  • Build sales pipeline and provide updates through CRM software.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction.
