Our client is one of North America’s largest independent manufacturers, producing & selling a wide selection of sustainable products.
Responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with management and employees and maintain strong relationships
- Lead key strategic HR initiatives
- Lead and partner with business leaders to complete annual HR initiatives
- work with multiple client groups
- HR administrative tasks
- Manage disability cases
- Analyze HR trends and develop solutions to address risk areas
- employee relations including resolving and employee issues, and diciplinary actions
- Administer quarterly performance management program
- facilitate employee and community partnership events
- Responsible for identifying training needs, and coaching,
- CHRP or CHRL designation is a strong asset
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, specifically as a generalist
- Solid knowledge of general HR rules/regulations in Ontario
