clinic is a multidisciplinary and collaborative team of professionals that include RN & RPN’s, Certified Ophthalmic
Medical Technologists, Patient Services Representatives, Refractive Consultants and Ophthalmic Technicians.
We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to fill the position of Lead Patient Services Coordinator. This is an opportunity for someone with professional administrative skills, natural people skills and a keen sense of attention to detail.
You will work with our teams in Toronto and Ottawa to ensure new patient leads are contacted and scheduled in a timely manner.
Respond to online and phone inquiries, communicate with prospective patients.
Provide support to the Business Development team
Manager workflow using patient management system and lead management CRM.
Help establish internal workflows, make recommendations to improve center operations.
1-2 years in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.
Bilingual, French and English.
Previous experience in healthcare, optometry, or ophthalmology
Fluent in MS Office
Experience with EMR and Practice Management Systems and CRM preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
