Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in residential construction.
  • Proven experience managing luxury homebuilding projects. (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Position Overview:
The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the construction process for our custom luxury home projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and management of the job site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom luxury residential construction, a deep understanding of building codes, and the ability to collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications and company standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and cost objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
