With a portfolio that includes some of Ontario's most notable projects, they continue to set the standard for quality and sustainability. They are now looking for a Site Superintendent to lead their upcoming project in Scarborough.

Job Description:
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for all site-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards, enforcing compliance among all site personnel.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, schedules, and performance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in high-rise construction.
• Successfully managed at least 3 high-rise project cycles from start to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
