We are looking for a Sales Support Person to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Person will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to achieve our sales targets. This position is responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to order processing, pricing, and inventory management.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery, including shipping, logistics, and accounting.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in business administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of the bedding textile industry is a plus.
Salary: $35k base
