70 - 80K Base + Commissions 
Full Time - Houston

The Commercial Reroof sales role is responsible for growing and servicing the Commercial sales division.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Meet and Exceed all assigned personal sales and revenue targets
- Attend Trade Shows, Networking Associations, and present Lunch and Learns to gather new prospecting opportunities
- Prospect, cultivate relationships, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities with business owners/property managers/landlords
- Coordinate and execute safe site visits to evaluate and scope roof conditions
- Utilize all estimating tools and resources to compile an accurate scope of work and estimate of cost per project
- Gather roof measurements, photos, etc. for accurate estimates
- Manage all Sales Activity and pipeline utilizing company's CRM software
- Create comprehensive proposal for presentation to the customer
- Create job files once contract is captured
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support and abide by the values of the company
- Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Required

- 5+ years of Sales or Commercial Roofing experience preferred
- Experience selling to property managers ,building owners, REITs, Consultants, etc. preferred
- Consultative/Hunter Sales experience
- Critical Thinker: intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
- Problem Solver: take ownership, resolve and communicate with a team
- Team Player: willing to complete processing tasks
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Construction experience preferred

Expected Hours of Work/Travel

Traditional work schedule is M-F, may include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
