THE ROLE
In this role as an Architect, at either an intermediate or senior level, you will oversee project phases through design development, scheduling and fee proposals/financials, construction documents preparation, and construction period services. In this specific role you will be more project management focused than design-focused. The successful candidate will work with project coordination, some contract administration, client relationships, team communication, and will be responsible for reviewing work and quality control.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
- 4 to 10 years’ relevant experience in the North American Architectural Industry.
- Registered as an Architect or Intern or Architect in Canada, or eligible to become registered
- Broad skill set including design, production, contract administration and project management
- Experience working on a range of project types, including some large and complex projects and multi-family experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD are preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with project teams, clients, contractors and subconsultant
