Our client, a well recognized CPG manufacturer, is seeking to add a Customer Operations Specialist to their growing team. This role is responsible for interacting on a daily basis with customers, delivering excellent service and confirming products are delivered on-time. This is a critical role on the team and the ideal candidate has an enthusiastic and service minded attitude. This a hybrid role that blends remote work and on site in Vaughan, On.

Our client, a well recognized CPG manufacturer, is seeking to add a Customer Operations Specialist to their growing team. This role is responsible for interacting on a daily basis with customers, delivering excellent service and confirming products are delivered on-time. This is a critical role on the team and the ideal candidate has an enthusiastic and service minded attitude. This a hybrid role that blends remote work and on site in Vaughan, On.
The Role:
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Assisting with the placement, return, or expedite of orders
- Handling the booking of carriers, tracking of shipments, obtaining proof of deliveries, and providing shipping documents
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and service levels
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer-facing role and service level improvement
- Post secondary would be an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver quality in a high volume environment
- Prior experience in logistics would be an asset
- Fluency in English and French would be an asset
