Qualifications
•Driver license •Authorized to work in the United States
•Well-versed in English and Spanish preferable •Able to travel daily
•Knowledgeable with all roof systems- Asphaltic, modified bitumen systems (granulated and smooth), Single Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), as well as experience with standing seam metal, shingles & roof coatings
•Ability to diagnose, repair, and suggest scopes of work and preventative maintenance on roof systems
•Professional communication and conduct
•Anticipate and resolve problems efficiently and with a sense of urgency
•Ability to take initiative and schedule, direct, and supervise labor teams
•Capable of managing a project from pre-bid through Final Completion
•Work with administration, project teams, and suppliers to optimize profit margins on projects
•Ability to use project specific software
•Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
•Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
•High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Responsibilities
•Meet with General Contractors, Consultants, Owners, and Architects to work on project logistics
•Create, manage, and revise construction timelines
•Be on-site to manage the productivity and Safety of Projects
•his will include Safety and Productivity reports, as well as manage all field personnel in specified region
•Review budgets and keep projects on track
•Read and understand Specifications and Drawings in Bid Packets
•Attend pre-bid conferences
Skill Requirements:
