on their Customer Service Team!

About the Role
This is a temporary position to start for 4-8 weeks. There is a possibility that it will be extended/possible perm.
- Receive, process and verify, by telephone, electronically or in person, the accuracy of orders from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely manner and facilitates satisfactory
- Respond to customer queries regarding product line changes, terms, requirements and special promotions.
- Communicate regularly with 3PL operation, and all other departments to ensure that orders are shipped to customer specifications.
The person for this role will have
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role (exposure to 3PLwarehouse operations an asset)
- Proficient with Microsoft 2010 (intermediate to advanced Excel)
- Previous experience with CRM system (Salesforce an asset)
- Excellent communication skills are a must! (verbal, reading, writing)
- A strong sense of urgency and able to multi-task
- Be an effective communicator with all levels of staff and public
- Professional manner, tactful with a positive attitude
