Our client is a well known materials manufacturer whose products are primarily used in interior finish applications. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, they are recognized as a leader in the industry for the quality of products they produce, the strength of their network and supply chain, and as a committed and supportive employer. Currently they are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to cover the region of Eastern New Hampshire, Maine and North Eastern Massachusetts (minimal overnight travel).
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for generating a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with both new and existing clients within the region. This includes calling on fabricators, OEM manufacturers, custom mill-work shops, kitchen & bath dealers, Architects/Designers, builders and contractors.
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience within the building materials industry or posses closely related, transferable experience. In order to maintain, grow, and generate new business, the Territory Sales Representative must be confident to actively identify, pursue and close business in a professional manner. Long term relationship development has been key to the success of this client to date, so a skilled business developer with account management experience would be the ideal fit. The Territory Sales Representative can live anywhere within the geographic territory and a fully expensed company car will be provided.
