Our client, a construction / building materials business located in Mount Forrest Ontario are looking for an Outside Sales Rep to manage Eastern Ontario.The chosen candidate will only need to travel to the office 1 or 2 times per week depending on the schedule. The chosen candidate will cover Eastern Ontario and ideally lives in the GTA or surrounding area. This role offers a unique perk worth approximately 20k per year free of TAX on top of the base salary. This position will have a hybrid approach to portfolio management and new business development and will work alongside the inside sales rep to manage the high end customer base (portfolio management) and help promote and drive new business to one of their newest and fastest growing locations.

The position of the Outside Sales Rep is a pivotal role in conjunction with the Inside Sales Specialist. Both these positions are crucial for the delivery of confidence and strategic growth within their client base.

The selected candidate will have experience with Account Management, Territory Sales Management, Outside Sales Rep or equivalent and must have a proven track record of working autonomously. This is an on the road position that requires early morning departure to ensure that each client is targeted and new ones are identified. Part of the region that is covered will require max two day travel so the chosen candidate must enjoy meeting new people, retaining customers and likes to travel & schmooze.
