Our client is a successful and well-established real estate property developer and property management company that builds and manages a portfolio of commercial and retail units in the GTA and surrounding communities. They are looking to hire a Payroll, HR and Accounting Clerk to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing for hourly employees in ADP Workforce Now.
- Focus on Customer Service in responding to employee payroll & benefits questions, employment letter requests etc. in a timely manner.
- Participate in new hire orientation for payroll, time & attendance system and overview of benefits.
- Prepares payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Assist with accounting duties such as AR.
- Communicate with CRA on general inquires, review, audit and other administrative tasks.
About the candidate:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Experience and proficiency using Payroll systems, specifically ADP WorkForce Now
- PCP (payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation is a strong asset
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Strong work ethic, very organized and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
