Estimator/Project Manager – Excavating /Civil / Grondworks
$120 - $145K + Benefits

Talentsphere is delighted to be looking for a talented and dedicated Project Manager/ Estimator for an industry leading excavation company.

Must have 5+ experience in either Construction/ Civil/ Excavation.

Responsibilities
 

• Overall project construct-ability review
• Prepare conceptual budgets based on minimal information.
• Review value engineering and coordinate construct-ability with engineering disciplines during drawing development phase.
• Receives and reviews pre-qualification forms for preparation of bidder’s list.
• Prepares all packages for competitive bidding of project work.
• Understands project plans, specifications, and appropriate piping requirements.
• Receives, analyses, and reviews all bids with engineering disciplines.
• Makes award recommendations based on cost and experience of the bidder.
• Reviews internal material take offs utilizing bid sheets and take off software
• Assists with the initial baseline project schedule.

Requirements :

• Strong Excavation/ Civils experience
• Minimum of 5 years estimating experience
