ACCOUNT MANAGER- (Los Angeles)

Our client is a European manufacturer of ceramic slab surface products that inspire architecture and design communities around the world. Our client sets the trend for elegance, product performance and sustainability. The company is rapidly growing their team throughout the North American market and is actively seeking highly motivated professionals to join their team.

The position requires a strategic retail channel focus working within the stone fabrication and showroom markets. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with surface dealers, fabricators, and high-end interior designers. If you are passionate about building business relationships, an excellent communicator, and a trusted advisor to your clients then we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Develop, cultivate, and grow the brand to K&B, Design, Millwork and Builder communities by conducting formal product presentations (Lunch & Learns, CEUs) to these communities.
  • Jointly work with Director of Kitchen & Bath to prepare action plans for the local market. (Quarterly targets, forecasting etc.)
  • Manage merchandising tools at clients’ showrooms (samples and displays) and actively update the CRM database (Salesforce).
  • Attend and represent the brand at local NKBA and IIDA events and Trade Shows and organize events to promote the company within the K&B and Design communities (NKBA local chapter)
  • Learn in-depth product and technical knowledge to become a trusted resource for the brand within the K&B community.
  • Base Salary +Commission, Health Benefits, Car and Phone allowances
