About our client:
Our client works with businesses in all industries and offers a unique solution tailored to their needs with respect to asset sales and business liquidity. This owner operated company needs a strong Controller to maintain the day to day books and perhaps alleviate the need for some 3rd party resources and contractors.
About the role:
This is currently a stand alone role. You are responsible for the financial nuts and bolts of company from:
- payables, receivables, payroll,
- banking, insurance,
- budgets, forecasts, cash flow reporting
- financial analysis, financial statements and monthly reporting.
- assisting in operational business decisions from an accounting and finance perspective

About the candidate (YOU!):
- assisting with due diligence for US Real Estate projects
- investment analysis for strategic initiatives
- business research projects and much more!
Minimum 8 years experience at a management level or higher.
You will have your CPA designation or equivalent education and work experience.
You will be able to work independently and autonomously at times
Available for in city travel from time to time to project sites
Experience within an asset solution company is highly desirable
Experience within an SME is preferred
Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
Quickbooks, Excel and Microsoft Applications experience required
