Bilingual Customer Service Representative
$50,000 + bonus + great benefits and a long term career
Are you bilingual? Do you have a great attention to detail and enjoy servicing customers? Are you looking for a business that you can build a career with?
We are looking for an experienced customer service representative or inside sales person with fluent English and French. Servicing the Quebec market for this market leading manufacturing business, you will manage customer service interactions such quotes, pricing queries, deliveries and issues. This is a varied role that requires a customer focused individual who likes to problem solve for their customer and has the tenacity to follow up and follow through on all customer requests.
You will be part of a team servicing all of Canada and will have the opportunity for progression should you perform well in the role. Progression opportunities are huge as this is a multi-billion dollar business so will fit the needs of an ambitious candidate.
You will have proven experience directly managing customers in both English and French. You will have strong interpersonal skills and will enjoy working with people. You will have good administrative skills and a strong attention to detail.
This role will be work from home whilst the pandemic continues although training will initially be based at the Woodbridge facility and post pandemic you must be able to return to the office should that be the direction that the company decides.
Experience using JD Edwards or any other ERP system would be highly valued.
