Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment - full cycle talent search, collaborating with recruitment firms when required
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements
- Implementing new HRIS system in the first six month
- Compensation and Benefits
- Performance Management
- HR Policy and Procedures
- Health & Safety Policy Administration
- Employee Relations
Requirements:
- CHRP designation or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years of HR Administration in building construction industry or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Employment Standards Act (Ontario) & Human Rights Code
- Proficient with job boards, HR software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear and effective communication skills, highly organized, ability to multi-task
