Senior BDM, what the role encompasses:
- Build and promote the brand and products to contractors, owners, and the engineering/consulting community.
- Work with engineers to specify products/services.
- Extensive travel in territory as required. US Headquarters in TX.
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
- Research and obtain physical location for inventory and future staff.
- Recruit, hire and support new staff
- Transition to Regional Manager upon successful execution of above.
Senior BDM, who you are:
- Minimum 4 year’s experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain lasting client, vendor, and staff relationships.
- Adaptable, innovative, and able to capitalize on lasting opportunities.
- Organized, capable of managing multiple client’s needs and prioritizing to meet bid deadlines.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Keen negotiator and problem solver.
- Focused on customer service and lasting relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
- Ability to use CRM, ERP, and other software-based tools.
- Valid driver’s license / US Work Authorization
- Salary $120/140K- Double OTE 200-240K
- Initial Incentive based on goals and targets transitioning into Profit Sharing
- Health Insurance and 401k and Roth.
- Vehicle or Vehicle allowance, fuel card.
