The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy.
- Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis.
- Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Gather, update, and review historical cost data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or a related field of study
- Experience estimating Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, and Multi-Use projects would be preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Education and Experience
- Construction management or another relevant area bachelor's degree is necessary, or an equivalent mix of technical training and/or relevant experience.
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with On-Screen Take-off.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to predict building expenses efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Capable of working well both individually and with a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Salary to be Discussed.
