Outside Sales Representative - HVAC
Miami, Florida · SalesTalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Florida's leading HVAC companies. We are searching for their new Outside Sales Rep for the Greater Miami Area.
This individual would need to have a proven HVAC sales background, with experience selling large mechanical equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
The opportunity to join a industry leader and work with a highly respected HVAC mechanical product line. This position comes with a strong compensation plan made up of salary and commission.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Selling into contractors and engineers in the Greater Miami Area
- Conducting lunch and learn presentations with engineering firms
- Managing a book of existing customers and developing net new relationships
- Working collaboratively with the team members for estimates and projects
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ideally 3 years of industry experience, ideally 5+ years
- Strong product knowledge related to large Mechanical equipment within the HVAC industry
- Engineering education would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
