They are a small team (20+) that emphasizes mentorship, internal promotion employee satisfaction, engagement, and internal growth.
THE ROLE:
Work alongside the Engineering and Production Management teams assisting in the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives through the development and improvement of current manufacturing and engineering practices and processes, along with the improvement of efficiencies across operation
- Integrate with Business Development, Engineering, and Production teams to support projects from cradle to grave
- Utilize technical knowledge and experience to develop solutions to the customer-provided technical challenges
- Interact with clients and businesses development personnel to build relationships with customers and other technical personnel
- Support on-site commissioning and management for projects that include installation or construction aspects
- 1-3 years of Project Coordination experience
- Experience working for an Engineering Service Provider
- Previous work in a fabrication facility
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Computer Literacy
- Experience in 2D and 3D design work (Solidworks, Inventory, CAD)
- Eligible to obtain Professional Engineering Licence
- Ability to work remotely and on Site
