Roofing General Manager
$120K + Profit Share

Talentsphere is delighted to be looking for a talented and dedicated General Manager for a Dalles based roofing Client. As General Manager, you will be a true operating partner in the business, responsible for the growth and success of your market and team. You will build a first-class team that lives and breathes our company culture, and relentlessly focuses on customer service.

Must have 3+ experience in either Commercial, Residential & Multifamily Roofing.

Responsibilities
 

• Oversee the hiring, development and organization of your market's sales + production teams
• Execute sales training and orientation for new hires
• Oversee and guide day-to-day sales and production operations
• Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews to ensure sales reps/managers are on track to deliver monthly and quarterly sales
• Analyse sales and forecast reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and product offerings
• Closely align and communicate with Marketing team to optimize how leads are generated and flow through to your sales group
• Establish and maintain key customer relationships
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design, budget and schedule
• Relentlessly focus on customer service
• Be the Leader for our culture and values within your team The Requirements
• Experience working in roofing, construction or home services is required
• Experience building and managing a team of 7 or more team members
• You have a hustler's attitude w/ a passion for building from the ground-up
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• You have the ability to inspire and motivate people
• You have a flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
