Our client, a construction / building materials business located in Mount Forrest Ontario are looking for an Inside Sales Rep to manage a high profile client base.  This position will have a hybrid approach to portfolio management and new business development and will work alongside the Outside Sales Rep to manage the high end customer base (portfolio management) and help promote and drive new business to one of their newest and fastest growing locations.  This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to prove yourself and be rewarded for hard work.

The Opportunity

The position of the Inside Sales Rep  is a pivotal role in conjunction with the Outside Sales Rep. Both these positions are crucial for the delivery of confidence and strategic growth within their client  base. 

The Candidate 

The selected candidate will have experience with Account Management, Portfolio Management, or equivalent and must have a proven track record of working autonomously. This is an in office position that requires a skill set in the following:
Customer Service
Price listing
Support to Members and Sales Team
Cold Calls
Rebate details 
Computer "SYSTEMS" skills. the stronger the candidate is at the system the more likely you will be promoted. 
The customer can hear a smile over the phone. Positivity is a key attribute that will be highly considered when selecting the candidate.
