At Lifestyle Hearing Corporation Canada, we are looking for an engaging Team Supervisor to provide support in based in Edmonton Region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions to our customers in relation to our superior product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: 
Ensures clinic business objectives are achieved by providing effective supervision, leadership, motivation and guidance to Client Care Coordinators (CCCs) in multiple clinics within the assigned region.

Operational Support:
  • Monitor daily financial and operations reports (e.g. sales report, quotes and orders reports, etc.), generate sales projections, and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives in conjunction with Regional Manager.
  • Oversee client and third-party billings, ensuring they are processed in accordance with specific requirements in a timely manner for full collection.
  • Work with clinic teams to ensure the office workflow adheres to Helix Hearing Care Centre’s best practices, including schedule management, client management and revenue maximization.
  • Monitor physical and electronic client record processing including proper assembly, maintenance and completion.
  • Fill in for CCC to provide coverage for vacation and illness.
  • Participate in the assessment, creation and revision of all Operation Manuals, including New Employee Training and Clinic Procedures as they pertain to business development initiatives.
Centre Management:
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality appearance of waiting room, hallways, bathrooms, and employee work area.
  • Initiate appropriate action for facility needs using existing guidelines, procedures and service/contractor supports.
  • Upon request conduct clinic audits to assess facility and equipment compliance with standards.
Human Resources:
  • Oversee, participate and monitor activities and processes associated with CCC scheduling, training, evaluation, and annual performance reviews with a focus on business development.
  • Assist with education of new and existing employees to achieve maximum success in the field.
  • Participate in the interview process as requested for new employee recruitments.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with administrative and clinical professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork.
Client Services:
  • Oversee, monitor and respond to client satisfaction levels
  • Implement and oversee client recruitment and retention programs

  • Responsible for CCC performance and train CCCs according to the company’s mission of providing high quality client service.
  • Respond to all client concerns, work with management and CCCs to identify cause of client problem/complaints and proactively recommend and implement corrections.
  • Marketing and Business Development
  • Coordinate with marketing staff in head office to execute marketing campaigns in the region.
  • Working with Regional Manager, clinic teams and marketing team to identify, assess and develop referral networks through involvement with community events, health fairs and promotion events.
  • and implement outreach programs with appropriate community partners in the region.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of physician outreach program in the region.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
  • College Diploma or equivalent experience in areas of accounting and business administration is an asset.
Knowledge/Skills/Travel: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  
  • Energetic, positive, highly self-motivated, takes initiative, a team-oriented leader, an outcome driven coach, an analytical thinker, a strong verbal communicator.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee processes.
  • Strong and proven background in administrative practices and business office procedures.
  • Knowledge of the hearing care industry is an asset.
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel throughout the week among clinic locations
Experience:     
  • Experience in an environment with an emphasis on sales, customer interaction, and having to work with multiple tasks is required.   
  • Experience working with senior population is an asset. 
  • Computer/Keyboard skill. Proficient with MS Windows and Office.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in the health care or wellness service industries or related experience.
