A well-established, boutique residential builder is looking for an
Area Sales Manager to join their growing team. This firm focuses exclusively on premium and estate-level custom homes. Every home is a reflection of craftsmanship, integrity, and a deep understanding of what today’s homebuyers value most.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you’ll be the face of the show home and the primary point of contact for prospective buyers. You’ll oversee the daily operations of your show home, lead the customer experience from initial inquiry to purchase contract, and manage a Sales Associate who supports you in your mission to deliver consistent results and exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Delivering a tailored, high-touch experience for prospective homeowners
- Coaching and mentoring your Sales Associate to optimize performance
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform inventory and sales strategy
- Maintaining a polished, welcoming show home environment
- Collaborating on brand-aligned marketing and engagement initiatives
- Contributing to social media and customer outreach efforts when needed
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a front-line new home sales role (Area Manager or equivalent)
- Proven success selling semi-estate or estate-level homes
- Strong understanding of the custom home sales process
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A background in interior design or architecture is a bonus

- Base salary + competitive commission structure

Schedule
