Summary:

The Administrative Assistant for Finance & Administration supports operations across finance, payroll, procurement, facilities, fleet, and administrative services. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functions through detailed administrative coordination and communication.

Duties:

  • Manage vendor communications, contract tracking, and documentation.

  • Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and invoice processing.

  • Oversee employee timekeeping, reporting, and leave tracking.

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including document preparation and internal coordination.

  • Maintain security systems, key logs, and safety compliance records.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an Admin/Facilities capacity. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative support, procurement, or contract management.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
