Project Manager – Institutional ICI Construction
London, Ontario
$120,000 – $140,000+ (Depending on Experience)

A well-established and growing General Contractor in the London, ON region is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a $30M–$60M institutional ICI project (school or university). This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-value, community-impact project with a company known for quality delivery in the public and private sectors.

The Role:
This position requires a confident and experienced PM who can take ownership of a large-scale institutional build. You’ll be responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through closeout and will collaborate closely with consultants, clients, trades, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project execution, scheduling, and budgeting

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage RFIs, change orders, progress draws, and documentation

• Lead site meetings and maintain project timelines and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes

• Work in tandem with site staff and senior leadership to deliver the project successfully

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects, preferably schools, universities, or similar institutional builds

• Experience on projects $30M+ in value

• Strong ability to lead and communicate with consultants, trades, and owners

• Proficient in construction software such as MS Project, Procore, or equivalent

• Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree is an asset

• PMP designation is considered an asset but not mandatory
