Sales Manager
$110k - $120k Plus Commission

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and expand both national account representation and distribution for a line of commercial and industrial air filtration and humidification products, including electrostatic precipitators and media filtration/dust collection units. The ideal candidate will contribute to market strategy, sales planning, and business development efforts while fostering strong relationships with both independent representative organizations and end customers. This role involves securing new multi-site business accounts, providing comprehensive account management, and ensuring high levels of post-sales satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve targeted sales growth and maintain profit margins aligned with the strategic business plan.
Expand account penetration through proactive engagement with current and new clients, fostering relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
Develop and execute a business plan to meet or exceed established sales and market share goals.
Provide market intelligence including sales trends, product applications, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to implement promotional programs.
Deliver timely, high-quality service to customers to promote satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary liaison for all account needs and service-related requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial sales; background in kitchen exhaust or industrial air filtration/dust collection is a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing high-level corporate accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Sugar CRM or Mapics ERP is an asset.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Ability to contribute to the development of strategic business and marketing plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
