Our client, a leader in air filtration solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join their expanding team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, providing expert product recommendations, and delivering tailored filtration solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across all customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
  • Deliver educational product presentations and training to clients and prospects
  • Conduct on-site filter application assessments and provide improvement recommendations
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales, pricing, and margin objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date sales activity and expense reports
  • Provide leadership and support to regional customer service and order entry teams
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Marketing preferred
  • 3–5 years of successful outside sales and presentation experience required
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in the filtration industry strongly preferred
  • Exposure to HVAC and paint overspray markets is a plus
  • Strong ability to interpret business literature, technical procedures, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software
