My client, a leading beauty and personal care company is seeking a seasoned, enthusiastic Influencer Manager to drive influencer marketing initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong negotiator, and social media trendspotter with a passion for creating engaging content that delivers business impact. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry and can adapt quickly to new trends and opportunities.
As part of a dynamic and trend-savvy marketing team, this individual will develop and execute influencer strategies, build relationships with content creators, and oversee influencer campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications and plays a key role in shaping the company's influencer marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Management & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and talent agencies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Oversee paid influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, creative briefs, and product education.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships align with brand messaging, audience engagement goals, and content quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and campaign timelines to ensure seamless execution and adherence to key performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze and report on influencer campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, tracking both organic and paid content performance.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and content creators, tracking engagement, audience demographics, and past collaborations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to content creation in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Director.
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Manage influencer agency partners to ensure smooth execution of external campaigns.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Marketing Communications team and brand teams on all influencer initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader campaign objectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with at least 5 years specializing in influencer marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing impactful influencer partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and legal considerations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and pivot quickly in response to market trends.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry, including competitors, target consumers, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using social media and influencer analytics tools.
