Senior Marketing Director
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Marketing Director to lead and unify the marketing strategies across our client's robust portfolio of verticals. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and the CEO, this senior-level role is critical to aligning all marketing efforts to drive business growth and achieve long-term strategic objectives.
This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in consolidating multiple product lines into cohesive, impactful marketing strategies. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in building materials or construction industries, as well as those with exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Unified Marketing Strategy Development:

- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that unites all business verticals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across diverse product lines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes that support cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives and revenue goals.
Brand and Product Marketing Leadership:

- Define and articulate brand value propositions and messaging that resonate across target markets.
- Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring optimal visibility, market adoption, and alignment with sales efforts.
- Partner with product development teams to ensure marketing materials and campaigns reflect product innovations and benefits.
Integrated Campaign Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of innovative advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels.
- Ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives while continuously optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve effectiveness.
Leadership and Team Development:

- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
- Establish clear goals and performance metrics, providing ongoing feedback and professional growth opportunities.
Budget Oversight:

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic investments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess marketing initiatives' success and make data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of senior-level marketing experience, with a focus on multi-brand or multi-line strategies, advertising, and product marketing.
- Demonstrated success in consolidating and streamlining marketing efforts across complex business structures.
- Industry experience in building materials or construction is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and developing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
