They are looking for a Philanthropic Planning Associate (Donor Relations & Charitable Giving) to assist them with a variety of donor relations activities, research, administration and financial support.

They are looking for a Philanthropic Planning Associate (Donor Relations & Charitable Giving) to assist them with a variety of donor relations activities, research, administration and financial support.
About the role:Working on-site in their state of the art office and Reporting to the Director of Foundations & Donor Services responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional support to new and existing donors, their advisors and charities
- Implement and facilitate gift planning strategies
- Work with charity partners
- Implement and monitor disbursements and recurring gifts
- Support the grant processing team
- Stay abreast of charity strategy developments and relevant matters affecting charitable giving
- CFRE or MFA-P designation is preferred
- 5+ years working with high net-worth clients
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian charitable sector
- Exceptional research, administrative and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience using multiple systems including Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM tools
