Our client is a national distributor with a large North American clientele.   You will work in HQ (full time on-site) and manage cash applications for customers in Canada and the USA.

The duties will include the following:

• Accounts receivable reports
• Cash applications
• daily bank deposits
• matching of debits and credits
• Account reconciliations 
• work closely with sales reps 
• ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or cash applications in a manufacturing/distribution industry
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Must be able to commute to office 5 days/week
