Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearLocation: Waco, TX ( or open to relocating)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial roofing living in Waco, Tx, or open to relocating there?
Our client, a leading full-service commercial roofing and exterior services company in Waco, TX, is looking for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to complete commercial roofing projects on time and within specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis and estimate project expenses.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Liaise between the company, customers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and industry regulations.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and coordinate with project teams.
- Participate in post-project financial analysis and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management/estimating.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing (single-ply, asphalt, cold/hot applied, metal).
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (Edge Estimating, Procore preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
