Working in conjunction with a Site Clerk, this site based Project Coordinator needs to be organized and have a solid understanding of 6 story wood frame construction and tendering. You will assist in reviewing bids and be active in the award process.
 

Estimating Coordinator Qualifications:
 

• 2+ years in Residential Constuction supporting Estimator, Senior Estimator
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• First class communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A professional, hard working and willing attitude
• A degree or diploma in a construction related field (ideal)
• PMP designation or working towards (ideal)
• Familiarity with construction methods and building codes
• Able to work in a team environment and independently when required
