Our client, on of the largest consumer accessories supplier in Canada is looking to hire an Ecommerce Specialist to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:
1. Platform Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee all e-commerce platforms, including Shopify websites, Amazon Vendor and Amazon Marketplace.
  • Ensure platform functionality, responsiveness, and user experience meet high standards.
2. Product Listings Accuracy:
  • Create and maintain accurate product listings across platforms.
  • Verify product details, descriptions, pricing, and images for consistency and correctness.
  • Collaborate with product teams for new product setups.
  • Implement A+ Content for Amazon Listings.
3. Amazon
  • Maintain Products and ASIN on Vendor Central and Seller Central (Marketplace)
  • Coordinate with product teams to manage promotions and new products.
4. Brand Standards Adherence:
  • Uphold brand guidelines in all platform content.
  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and visual elements.
  • Ensure brand integrity across product pages, banners, and promotional materials.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze platform data to identify KPIs, trends, user behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with product teams to minimize potential inventory shortages and gauge consumer interest on new products.
  • Optimize product listings, website behaviour, search filters, and navigation paths to ensure a leading consumer experience.
6. Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular quality checks on platform content.
  • Test checkout processes, forms, and links to ensure accuracy and functionality.
7. Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address any inaccuracies reported by customers.
  • Prioritize accuracy to enhance the overall shopping experience.
8. SEO and Search Visibility:
  • Work with SEO specialists to optimize product pages for search engines.
  • Use relevant keywords, meta tags, and structured data to improve visibility.
9. Platform Updates and Upgrades:
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends and platform updates.
  • Implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.
     
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of proven experience in Ecommerce management.
  • Strong experience in Shopify, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
