Annualized Salary: $100,000-120,000

Team
Reporting to the VP of Operations you will provide leadership and oversight to the Supportive Living programs. We’re hard-working and results-driven, but the core of our culture is giving great people the flexibility and autonomy they need.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Supportive Living, and Community Participation Support programs (day services, respite services) and managers including effective delivery of service, customer service, satisfaction, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Oversee, develop, and lead services adaptable to the changing needs of the clients served including effectively communicating with staff, colleagues, and clients.
  • Develop and oversee the departmental annual budget, (done by individual leaders) ensuring the proper allocation of resources, identifying program needs, and factoring in planned changes on service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to individual support and person-centered plans for clients supported within the programs.
  • Implement change initiatives and provide direction and support to staff within the supportive living department  
  • Participate in the annual compliance and licensing process. ** Compliance readiness
  • Ensure residences are clean, safe, and in good repair.
  • Identify, communicate, and plan for potential risks, liabilities, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain contingency plans and drills for unexpected events or disasters.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection of staff, including conducting interviews, orientation, and onboarding.
  • Manage and monitor scheduling, hours of work, performance, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain strategic and positive relationships with departments and programs
  • Participate in the Administrative on-call rotation for evening and weekend coverage.
  • Participate and/or lead internal and external committee meetings, planning tables and internal meetings as directed.
