THE COMPANY
Our client, a privately held development/construction company and well-respected builder of prime real estate properties across Western Canada, is looking to hire a Residential Leasing Manager.
THE ROLE
The Leasing Manager will have oversight of the leasing initiatives for two luxury high rise properties in Calgary, built and owned by the company. This individual would manage a team of five leasing agents and be responsible for implementing leasing strategies, monitoring KPI's and setting sales goals for the team to lease up the properties. Must have managed staff previously to be considered.
Competitive base salary plus attractive commission plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent communication with staff, tenants, contractors support personnel, leasing specialists and senior management
- Oversee and manage the administration of recording inquiries for leasing from prospective tenants, provide information on all aspects of properties
- Lease suites with monthly goals in mind to achieve high occupancy rates for the properties
- Train, coach, and develop the leasing team to:
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- determine and identify the needs of the prospective customer
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and gather the required information to complete deals
- Ensure all paperwork for leases is completed accurately
- Assist the Property Manager with related administration as required
- Monitoring of branding- inspect properties periodically to ensure proper maintenance, check the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, and report the condition of all vacant suites available for rent
- Work closely with the marketing department
