Senior Heavy-Duty Mechanic

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with the occasional nod to Saturday work—because we know real challenges don’t clock out.
Salary: Up to $45/hour, with your experience steering the final offer. Plus, access to company truck to ease your daily grind is possible.

Someone who’s turned wrenches for over a decade and knows their way around both the heavy classics and the latest models.
You’ll take charge of a fleet that’s as diverse as our projects—from crane and HIAB trucks to forklifts and small roofing equipment.
Your mission: keep them running safely and efficiently, ensuring our projects never skip a beat.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep our fleet in prime condition, tackling everything from routine tune-ups to complex diagnostics and repairs.
Flex your problem-solving muscles diagnosing issues with hydraulic systems and electrical setups.
Stay sharp and organized with simple computer records of what’s been done and what needs doing.
Pitch in on basic building maintenance—because a well-oiled machine isn’t just about the engines.
What You Bring to the Table:
A Red Seal in Heavy Duty Mechanics, 10+ years deep.
Certifications up the wazoo—Commercial Vehicle Inspection and air endorsement, to start.
Mad skills in hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics.
A knack for keeping tabs on the details, even if it’s just punching in data.
Nice-to-Haves:
Got experience with cranes and HIABs? You’re golden.
Know your way around specific brands or diagnostic software? Even better.
