Our business facilities and services client is excited to hire a Senior Accountant to report to and assist the Finance Director with day-to-day accounting for a multi-location office facilities and services operation. This is an in-office role, working closely and collaboratively with other team members to ensure a happy and productive environment for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist, coordinate, and execute fully automated accounting activities
- Perform full-cycle accounts payable
- Perform full-cycle accounts receivable
- Assist with and perform payroll accounting
- Assist with annual budget and income projections
- Cash flow projections and forecasting
- Consolidations
- Revenue reporting
- Expense reporting
- Other duties that fall within the scope of accounting and finance, or as requested
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Relevant post-secondary education, recent CPA or CPA student preferred but not required
- 3+ years’ recent full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- E-transfer and wire payments
- Strong reconciliation skills, particularly bank reconciliation
- Month-end and reporting
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- high level of discretion
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required, Office R&D, and Dext are nice-to-have
- Highly effective communicator and listener, able to follow direction, meet deadlines, and work well with others
