Our client is a national distributor with multiple facilities across Canada and aggressively growing!
This role will have you reporting into the National Credit Manager and working at HQ within a growing accounting team in an exciting, fast paced environment.
The duties will include the following:

This role will have you reporting into the National Credit Manager and working at HQ within a growing accounting team in an exciting, fast paced environment.
The duties will include the following:
- Review and analyze AR aging
- Initiate collection calls and maintain collection notes with expected payment dates
- Review with National Credit & Risk Manager accounts that require 3rd party intervention.
- Maintain credit group collection metrics.
- Responding to inquiries from other departments regarding COD orders
- Cash Applications, reconciliations and invoice resolution
- Escalate discrepancy information for investigation and resolution
- Credit reviews prior to shipments and order releases
- Preparation of monthly reports for National Credit Manager
- Administer adjustments, refunds, journal entries and for AR management
- College Diploma or Degree in relative field, pursuing CCP an asset.
- 3+ years of Credit and Collections experience within manufacturing or distribution industries
- Fluent in French and English communication skills, both written and verbal is MANDATORY
- This is ON-SITE 100% in Brampton
