They are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Halton.

Job Description:
As a Finishing Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our high-rise construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that finishing work is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of finishing works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on high-rise residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing finishing stages of at least 3 high-rise construction cycles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
