Our client has successfully completed many commercial, industrial, institutional projects, including historical renovations, high-rise hotels, and a variety of multi-residential developments.

What you will do:

• Cost control and reporting
• Maintaining project documentation as required
• Project administration and document management
• Issuing subcontract and purchase orders
• Preparing payment claims
• Reviewing and certifying sub trade accounts
• Prepare trade contract final accounts
• Review shop drawing and submittals
• Manage submittal process

What you bring:

• Diploma or equivalent in Construction Related Field
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel or equivalent
• Proficient in Project Management software such as Procore • Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing own workload
• Committed team player.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the commercial construction sector

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday
